Join Betty at Snap Fitness on Tuesdays and Thursday from 6-6:45pm. All levels of yoga welcome. Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and scince of healthy living.
Private yoga classes also available! This allows you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs.
