The Zumba® program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. Zumba targets lots of different muscle groups and is an easy-to-follow, fun, and effective workout for every body at every level – there’s a reason why they call us exercise in disguise! Come join Doris and your fellow Kohawks for an hour of fitness and fun!
Wellness opportunities are FREE for current students, faculty and staff. Classes are taught in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Classes will reoccur weekly and not required to attend consecutively. All classes are located in the Aerobics room, upstairs in Clark Racquet Center unless otherwise noted. Please enter CRC through the ARC and proceed through the skywalk to Clark Racquet Center. The aerobics room is located on the upper level of the building next to the stairs.
