Enjoy a free yoga class for all ages under the trees at the Creston Farmers Market. No yoga experience is required. This event is open to all ages, sizes, and ability levels.
Join Certified Yoga Instructor Michelle Wilson, founder of Radiant Wellness Solutions, for a class that will help you breath better, relieve stress, and have fun along the way! Michelle's motto is: "If you can breathe, you can do yoga."
Bring: Yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle.
