Urbandale (Dallas County) home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Urbandale in Dallas County rose by $157,500 while total sales increased by 525%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 66.3% increase over the $237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Urbandale in January 2016.
