Does winter leave you feeling ready to hibernate--cold, sad, and ready to move to a tropical island? Or slipping into negative thinking, low energy, and bogged down with sugar cravings?
Being told to just "buck up" and deal with a long, dark winter doesn't work. I know from experience. We need an approach that honors your body, mind and heart.
An approach that gets to the root of the winter blues--and supports you from all sides to rekindle your inner sunshine. Imagine a winter with more energy, better sleep, and a sunny outlook?
Spark in the Dark is a 90-day holistic coaching membership program that does just that. Combining the best of integrative nutrition, mind-body medicine, and holistic coaching, Spark in the Dark will walk with you from the dark and into the light.
HOW IT WORKS:
Spark in the Dark is conducted completely online, so you can participate from anywhere. This virtual format utilizes group meetings virtually, online community support, and individual check-ins.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Spark in the Dark is for anyone who wants to feel their best this winter. This is for someone willing to commit to at least 20 minutes a day for activities related to the program, and a 1-hour group meeting (virtual) each week.
INVESTMENT:
Spark in the Dark is $108/month for three months. (This is less than half the cost for 1-on-1 coaching, so a great deal for you to get the support you're wanting this winter.)
YOUR GUIDE:
Michelle Wilson is a certified holistic health coach, mindfulness and yoga instructor, and energy practitioner. After suffering from the winter blues for years, Michelle used the integrative fools from this program to find healing, energy, optimism and hope, even in the middle of a cold, dark winter!
