Windsor Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Windsor Heights fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 3.6% decrease over the $197,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Windsor Heights in August 2018.
