Central City home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Central City fell by $77,450 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 39.2% decrease over the $197,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Central City in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
