Hiawatha home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Hiawatha rose by $184,550 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 175% increase over the $105,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hiawatha in July 2018.
