Iowa City home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Iowa City rose by $133,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $408,250 - a 48.7% increase over the $274,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Iowa City in July 2018.
