Johnston home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Johnston rose by $52,000 while total sales increased by 34.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $268,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Johnston in March 2019.
