Cascade home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Cascade fell by $11,400 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 6.3% decrease over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cascade in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cascade for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,052, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
