Lisbon home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Lisbon fell by $75,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,500 - a 26.8% decrease over the $281,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lisbon in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
