Farley home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Farley rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Farley in July 2019, as well.
