Asbury home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Asbury rose by $33,050 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,500 - a 13.4% increase over the $247,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Asbury in November 2019.
