February 2021: Pleasant Hill experienced a 8.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Pleasant Hill rose by $18,900 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $226,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in February 2020.
