Eldridge home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Eldridge rose by $10,550 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,000 - a 4.5% increase over the $232,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Eldridge in February 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Eldridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,404, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
