Grinnell College recently issued the following announcement.
We recognize that our students, faculty and staff use Grinnell’s libraries in a variety of ways, depending on, for instance, their academic assignments and studying preferences.
Accordingly, the Libraries have signage designating floors in Burling as:
- Social,
- Quiet, or
- Silent zones.
