August 2021: Pleasant Hill experienced a 7.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Pleasant Hill rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $238,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in August 2020.
