City of Fairfield recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Fairfield will be accepting applications for Local Option Sales Tax community betterment projects. Guidelines and the required form for the local grant program are available at City Hall or by downloading the fillable word doc or the attached PDF application. Please submit to Fairfield City Hall, 118 S Main St., Fairfield, IA 52556.
Applications will be received between December 1 and 4:00 PM of the second Friday in January for consideration by the Ways & Means Committee in the budget process.
