Median home prices in Des Moines rose to $167,500 in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Des Moines rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 304 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 11.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 295 homes sold in Des Moines in January 2021.
