Cedar Rapids home prices rose in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Cedar Rapids rose by $5,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 124 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,950 - a 3.6% increase over the $139,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Cedar Rapids in February 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Cedar Rapids for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,561, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
