NFIB Iowa organized their annual Small Business Day at the Hilton Des Moines Downtown. The event began with a Leadership Committee meeting focused on providing updates on various legislative priorities, such as reforming property taxes, making permanent the 20% small business tax deduction, and repealing the beneficial ownership mandate.

Later, NFIB Iowa collaborated with Iowans for Tax Relief to host a Tax Luncheon event. The luncheon featured special guest Vance Ginn, former chief economist at the Office of Management and Budget for President Trump, who discussed the importance of property tax reform in Iowa. He emphasized that such reform is crucial for providing relief to both residents and small businesses in the state.

The NFIB Iowa acknowledged the participants by stating, "Thank you to everyone who joined us on Small Business Day! We appreciate your commitment to supporting small business."
