Iowa small business owners recently traveled to Washington, D.C. under the leadership of NFIB Iowa State Executive Director Matt Everson. The visit was part of the 2025 NFIB Fly-In, where members met with several lawmakers from Iowa.

The discussions focused on key issues affecting small businesses, including the repeal of the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) mandate and efforts to preserve the 20% Small Business Deduction.

Everson expressed gratitude to those who participated: "Thank you to all of our members who were able to join us this year!"

During their visit, NFIB Iowa members had meetings with Senator Chuck Grassley, Senator Joni Ernst, Representative Randy Feenstra (IA-04), Representative Ashley Hinson (IA-02), and Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-01).
