Million appeared in federal court in Cedar Rapids and was ordered held without bond.
"As with any criminal case, a charge is merely an accusation and a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty."
The prosecution is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative started by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse. The program brings together federal, state, and local resources to prosecute offenders and assist victims. More information about Project Safe Childhood can be found at www.usdoj.gov/psc. Internet safety education resources are also available through the same website under the “resources” tab.
