Geri-Fit® is a strength training workout that is designed exclusively for older adults. Geri-Fit® helps rebuild strength that's been lost through the aging process to help ensure a higher level of function as we continue to age. The Geri-Fit® program requires you to bring: a set of light dumbbell weights, a stretch band, water to drink during the workout
